Important Holiday Shipping & Operating Schedule Notice

Please read for important information regarding order fulfillment, shipping, and customer support during the holiday season commencing 24 November 2025.

Shipping and Order Fulfillment Delays

Due to the significantly increased volume experienced by all major freight carriers and our warehouse during the holiday season, you may experience longer than normal delivery times. We have additional staff to help with the volume of orders, however our carriers are limited to the weight they can collect each day.

• Current Processing Time:  We are working hard to process orders as quickly as possible with accuracy, however, please allow an extra 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched from our warehouse in addition to the postal transit time. This is only for a short time, beginning from our Black Friday sale and into the New Year.
• Carrier Delays:  Once an order leaves our facility, transit delays are beyond our control. We strongly recommend placing orders well in advance if required before Christmas. 
  
  Below are the cut off dates for these carriers for items required before Christmas:

Shipping Cut-off:  To have the best chance of receiving your order by December 24th, we recommend checking the above carriers notices as some regional areas are already experiencing delays.

Please note our ‘flat rate shipping’ is the most economical service, not express. Flat rate shipping also has an Authority to Leave. Please consider this when ordering. Don’t forget to use the delivery instructions section for special requests to your delivery driver and if your order can not be left at the door, please ensure to select another paid postal option.

Holiday Closure Dates

Our office and warehouse operations will be closed on the following dates to allow our team to celebrate the holidays:

What this means for you:

• Orders placed on or around these dates will begin processing on the next business day.
   
• Customer support response times may be longer during the closure periods. We will respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible upon our return.
   
• You can contact the carrier directly during our office closure dates, but we will be happy to assist you upon our return
   
• Please email sales@plantdoctor.com.au or call 1300 385 842 – option 1 and leave a message.
   
• Use Tracking: Refer to your tracking number for the most up-to-date delivery status. If expecting multiple boxes with Aramex, you can use the same tracking number and increase the last digit by 1 – example MS000012 becomes MS000013. Tracking number can be found by logging into your Plant Doctor account and it is also sent to you from us via email along with updates sent via the carrier.
